How do I sign in to my dashboard? โผ
TripReclaim uses magic links โ no password needed.
- Go to tripreclaim.com/dashboard
- Enter the email you used when you signed up or purchased
- Click "Send Magic Link" โ check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Click the link in the email โ it's valid for 1 hour
I used the wrong email when purchasing โ what do I do? โผ
Your TripReclaim account is linked to the email you used at checkout. Enter that exact email on the dashboard sign-in page. If you're not sure which email was used, check your inbox for a receipt from Stripe or TripReclaim. Contact support if you need help locating your account.
How do I cancel my subscription? โผ
You can cancel anytime โ no questions asked.
- Sign in to your dashboard
- Go to the Account tab
- Click "Manage Billing โ" to open the Stripe billing portal
- Click "Cancel plan" โ your access continues until the end of the billing period
I was charged incorrectly โ how do I get a refund? โผ
We take billing errors seriously. If you were charged incorrectly:
- Contact us using the form on this page โ select "Billing" as the category
- Include the charge amount and approximate date
- We'll review and resolve within 4 hours
My price drop alert didn't fire โ why? โผ
A few common reasons:
- Same airline requirement: After 24 hours from booking, we only alert on price drops for your exact airline โ not other carriers
- Monitoring paused: Check your booking card in the dashboard โ monitoring should show as "Active"
- Price hasn't dropped below your fare: We alert only when the current price is lower than what you paid
- Check spam folder: Alert emails sometimes land in spam

How do I claim a price drop refund from my airline? โผ
Within 24 hours of booking (DOT rule): You're entitled to a full cash refund. Cancel and rebook at the lower price.
After 24 hours: Most airlines offer a travel credit for the fare difference. Contact your airline directly:

What is the 24-hour DOT rule? โผ
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) requires airlines to offer a full cash refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking โ no matter what fare type you purchased. This applies to all flights departing from or arriving in the US. TripReclaim monitors your flight every 15 minutes during this critical window so you never miss a price drop while you're still eligible for a full refund.

How does email forwarding work? โผ
Forward your airline confirmation email to track@tripreclaim.com and we'll automatically extract your flight details and add them to your dashboard for monitoring. We support 30+ airlines. Make sure you forward from the same email address linked to your TripReclaim account.
