How You Opt In: You consent to receive SMS alerts by enabling the SMS toggle in your TripReclaim account settings at tripreclaim.com/dashboard/. By enabling SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from TripReclaim at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

Supported Carriers: Most major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all MVNOs.
SMS Data: We collect and store your mobile phone number and the timestamp of your SMS opt-in consent. This data is retained as long as your account is active or until you opt out. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio (twilio.com) as our SMS delivery provider; your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery.
