1. What TripReclaim Is

TripReclaim is a price monitoring and notification service operated by Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC d/b/a TripReclaim (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We track publicly available airfare prices on routes you register with us and alert you when the current fare drops below the price you paid at the time of booking.

TripReclaim is not a travel agency, airline, ticket reseller, claims processor, or legal representative. We do not hold, issue, cancel, modify, or rebook airline tickets. We do not contact airlines on your behalf.

2. No Guarantee of Refund

TripReclaim does not guarantee that you will receive a refund, travel credit, fare adjustment, or any form of compensation from any airline.

Whether a detected price drop results in a benefit to you depends entirely on factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• The specific airline’s fare rules and policies in effect at the time of your original booking
• The fare class purchased (e.g., Basic Economy, Main Cabin, Business Class)
• Whether the lower fare is available in the same cabin class and booking conditions as your original ticket
• The airline’s current price adjustment, rebooking, or travel credit policy at the time you request a refund
• The time elapsed since your original purchase (including eligibility under the U.S. Department of Transportation 24-hour full refund rule)
• Any modifications made to your itinerary after the original booking date
• The airline’s internal discretion in applying its own stated policies
• Changes to airline policy that occurred between the date of your booking and the date of a detected price drop

Airline refund and price-adjustment policies change without notice. A policy that permitted fare adjustments at the time you subscribed to TripReclaim may no longer be in effect when a price drop is detected.

3. Airlines Control the Refund Process

All refunds, travel credits, and fare adjustments are issued solely and exclusively by the airline. TripReclaim has no authority or ability to:

• Request, initiate, or process a refund or credit on your behalf
• Contact airlines on your behalf for any purpose
• Override, negotiate, or appeal an airline’s decision
• Guarantee that any airline will honor its stated price-drop, rebooking, or refund policy
• Compel any airline to issue a refund or travel credit

When TripReclaim detects a qualifying price drop, we notify you and, where available, provide you with guidance, documentation, and step-by-step instructions to support your own claim submission directly to the airline. Initiating and completing any refund or credit claim remains solely your responsibility.

4. Our Role — What We Do and What We Do Not Do

5. Accuracy of Fare and Policy Data

Fare prices and airline policy information are retrieved from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. TripReclaim makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that:

• Fare data retrieved is accurate, current, or free from error at the time of delivery
• The reported savings reflect the final fare you will be offered by the airline
• The airline policies displayed on our platform are up to date or applicable to your specific booking
• A detected lower fare will remain available by the time you contact the airline

Flight prices fluctuate in real time. A price drop detected by TripReclaim may no longer exist by the time you act on our notification. This is an inherent characteristic of airline pricing systems and is not a defect of the TripReclaim service.

6. Geographic Scope

TripReclaim is designed and operated primarily for use in the United States. Our service references U.S. airline pricing conventions, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 24-hour cancellation rule, and U.S.-based carrier policies as primary reference points.

TripReclaim may be accessible to users in Canada and other international locations. However, TripReclaim does not represent that our service, alerts, or policy guidance are tailored to or compliant with non-U.S. regulations, including but not limited to the Canadian Air Passenger Protection Regulations (APPR) or European Union Regulation EC 261/2004. International users are responsible for understanding the regulations applicable to their own bookings and jurisdictions.

7. No Agency, No Fiduciary Relationship

By using TripReclaim, you acknowledge that:

• TripReclaim acts as an independent information and notification service only
• No agency, fiduciary, attorney-client, or representative relationship of any kind is created between you and TripReclaim or Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC
• TripReclaim is not your travel agent, airline representative, legal counsel, or financial advisor
• Any decision you make based on a TripReclaim alert is made at your own discretion and risk

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any failure by an airline to issue a refund, travel credit, or price adjustment
• Any loss of expected savings resulting from expired fare drops, policy changes, or airline discretion
• Any costs, damages, or losses of any kind arising from acting on a TripReclaim alert
• Any inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in fare or airline policy data provided through our service
• Any service interruptions, delayed alerts, or missed price-drop windows
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature

Your subscription fee pays for access to TripReclaim’s monitoring and notification service only — not for a guaranteed refund or any specific financial outcome.

9. Airline Policy Queries

TripReclaim queries publicly available airline fare data and published policy information on a regular basis to keep our guidance current. However:

• Airlines are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of TripReclaim or Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC
• No airline has authorized TripReclaim to represent it or its policies to users
• Policy information presented on our platform is for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as legal or contractual advice
• You should always verify current refund and price-adjustment policies directly with the airline before submitting a claim

Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on TripReclaim are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of TripReclaim.

10. User Responsibilities

By using TripReclaim, you accept responsibility for:

• Reviewing TripReclaim price-drop alerts promptly, particularly within 24-hour windows established by the U.S. DOT or individual airline policies
• Verifying the details of any alert against your actual booking confirmation before taking action
• Contacting the airline directly to initiate any refund, rebooking, or credit request
• Complying with all applicable airline fare rules, conditions of carriage, and terms of service
• Ensuring that your registered booking information is accurate, current, and complete
• Understanding the refund and price-adjustment policies of the airline(s) you have booked with

11. Changes to This Disclaimer

Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC reserves the right to update or revise this Legal Disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of TripReclaim after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated disclaimer.

This disclaimer is incorporated by reference into TripReclaim’s Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern.
